Are you looking for a job in China? Since 2009 2-Shanghai has expanded her services from offering internships to also offering fulltime jobs in China for Young Professionals. This expansion was a logical step after many of our clients asked us whether we could also provide them with candidates with a long-term view of staying in China. Since then, 2-Shanghai started recruiting Young Professionals for fulltime positions. Our Young Professionals are candidates who are recent graduates or already have some work experience. They are are looking for a way to return to China or are looking for a new challenge.

Working procedure
Our Young Professional service is free of charge for candidates. 2-Shanghai however expects that candidates are serious about a long term focus on China, and are looking to settle down here for at least some years. China-experience (internship or work experience) is therefore a plus, as the candidate already has a better understanding about what he / she may expect from a job in China.

Register
When you register at 2-Shanghai, you will have to provide us with your resume and motivation letter in English. If 2-Shanghai sees possibilities to successfully place you at a company in China, we will set up a first meeting by Skype. During this meeting we will discuss your resume and the possibilities for you.

If there are no positions available which match the profile of the candidate, 2-Shanghai will inform the candidate about this and will keep their resume for future possibilities.

How long does it take to find a job in China?
2-Shanghai depends on their clients and the profiles they are looking for. Therefore we can never guarantee to find a job for you in China. If there is a suitable position available for you you will enter the application procedure from the company. In total you will need to take into consideration that it might take up to 3 to 4 months before everything is arranged, and you are able to make your transfer to China.

If you are already in China, this procedure will of course be much quicker and it could even be just weeks before you can start your new job.
